About the Anderson Group
The Anderson Group based in Chelmsford, formed in 1987, is one of the largest Independent Construction and Development Companies in the South East of England.
We are unique in that we have in-house companies which deal with all aspects of the Construction Industry from Specialist site clean up, complex foundation and civil engineering projects and on to multi storey construction schemes as well as design and build capabilities and of course property development.
Constable Homes is the property development Company of the Anderson Group and trades as Anderson Developments. We at the Anderson Group take great pride in what we do and greatly appreciate the hard work put in by the team we employ.
Through our integrated approach, we at the Anderson Group provide end to end solutions for our customers and seek to set ourselves apart from our competitors by the high standards we set for ourselves.
Environmental Policy
In keeping with this high quality approach, Anderson Developments has created a series of policies aimed at highlighting its commitment to the environment. Through the Anderson Group, the company has developed a number of environmental objectives which are achieved through its integrated business management system, iGATE and InfoSystem. Complying with the International Standards Organisation’s environmental accreditation, 14001:2004, iGATE and InfoSystem enable Anderson Developments to monitor and improve performance against its objectives.
These objectives include:
- To continually strive for improvement in the environmental performance of activities, products and services
- To comply with environmental legislation and other environmental requirements relevant to activities, products and services, and evaluate compliance with such requirements regularly
- To pursue the reduction of environmental impact associated with activities, products and services
- To endeavour to eliminate the production of polluting emissions or discharges into the environment
- To take proactive measures to protect and preserve wildlife, flora and their habitats
- To set objectives, targets and programmes and review and revise them regularly with the aim of continual improvement in environmental performance.
